Share your way to be in the moment so that others can get there

You can't make yourself be happy. You can only be happy. Happiness is the always ever present condition until you fog it up with thoughts of the past or future. The time between thoughts is the sacred time; it is time in the moment.

The past moment is irrelavent the future moment does not exist yet so why give it any power to remove you from the always ever present condition of clearity. HAPPINESS = CLEARITY

( In the event that my spelling offends you, consider this:   " it has been scientifically proven that as long as the first and last few letters of a word are correct in a sentence, the brain makes the connection. " Bruce.    There is total understanding.

(1000 years from now there will be infinite ways to spell words but they will still have the same 1st and last letters. )

my friend is consummed with past experience and has great difficulty being in the moment. Most of the time he's in the fog and yet he does get into the moment, clear and happy, when he stares at the sun setting.

For some reason i am drawn to the ever present condition of happiness in the moment almost instictively. It is my gift. I want to share this gift with others and the best way to do that is to  share keys to getting there.

My way is to select the things that i allow my brain to focus on. I truely believe that the brain is no more than another autotomic organ like a kidney. Its not in charge '' I AM "

the chapter about reprograming the brain using the swish technique in "Unlimited Power" by Tony Robbins will give you the knowlege about how to control your brain. It takes practice and faith to gain power over your brain but anyone willing to make the effort will eventually succeed. What is self talk? it is the brain automatically making use of its free time. the things that we dwell on  thru the day are deemed important by the brain so it uses idle time to mill over and over churning and grinding to get the answers. That's why its a good idea to sleep on it when you have important decisions to make. the brain AUTOMATICALLY works on the last thing you were thinking about, all night.  It's like doing a key word search on your computer. it will just keep going on and on till you give it another task.

i have a feeling that  there are only a few people out of 100 that are in control of their brains; the rest are like Pavlov's Dog simply responding autotomically to triggers baried deep in the psyche.

if its thru meditation what are the words what is the music. It is my intention to eventually have a database full of proven ways to get there so if someone is seeking the moment and struggles to get there, this database will provide them with 1000's of methods to experiment with.
